And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 3 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

If Your Order is Still Not Delivered:
Wait 1-2 extra days – Occasionally, packages show up shortly after the expected date.
Check for Delivery Attempts – The carrier may have left a notice if a signature was required.
Contact Us – If it’s been more than 3 days past the expected date, reply to this email or call us at +8801 01805122949, and we’ll investigate further.

Our warehouse does not process or ship orders on public holidays—this may delay dispatch if your order is placed around a holiday.
Carrier services may also suspend operations on major public holidays, which could affect delivery times.

Coverage Areas – We currently deliver to most urban and semi-urban areas in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi. Some remote locations may have limited service.

Next-Day Delivery Availability:
✅ Available in Major Cities:
We offer next-day delivery in Dhaka, Chattogram, and selected urban areas for eligible orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 12 PM].
❌ Not Available Nationwide:
Due to logistics limitations, next-day delivery is currently not available outside our major service areas.
Conditions for Next-Day Delivery:
✔ Order must be placed before 7pm on a business day.
✔ Applies only to in-stock items (pre-orders or custom products excluded).
✔ Delivery address must be within our next-day service zones (check at checkout).
How to Check Next-Day Delivery for Your Order:

Enter your delivery address – the system will automatically show next-day delivery if available.
Alternative Options:
Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days (Dhaka/Chattogram)
Outside Service Areas: 2-3 business days (varies by location)
